One of my crushes in high school joking said she could probably break my arm in a fight to which at the time, she might have been right! Reverse wrist curls with dumbless, grip strengtheners and regular wrist curls will do the trick. Start with a weight you can handle and over time increase the weight and set. Always maintain proper form to avoid injury (I am NOT your trainer). That is what will make the top of your forearms pop. There is a lot of talk about how big shorter guys should let their upper body or muscles get. Don't listen to any of them. Do what works for you and what makes your satisfied.
