Sounds crazy, but when I go to stores, I usually shop for S/P sizes. The other day I went into a vintage store and medium sizes fit me perfectly - gloves, pants, shirts - you name it. The perfect fit surprised the hell out of me.
This leads me to ask. Were men significantly shorter in the 1910s - 1930s?
