Dating Websites, Apps, Etc. For Tall Women And Short Men?

Hi all,

Are there dating websites, apps, etc. out there for tall women and short men who want to date each other?

I ran a search, but it didn't turn up much that's useful. The only thing I really saw was tallfriends.com which says it includes "tall admirers", but I don't think it's a site specifically for tall women and short men to date.

Also, are there other forums similar to TheLowerView that you'd recommend?

The short answer is no. Some motivation would be creating the actual site. Here's the long answer:

Society grants tall men status, and women are attracted to that. Thus, on paper, if you ask a woman what she would prefer in a man, she's almost always going to prefer a man who is tall regardless of her own height. I'm sure you know this already.

While Tall Women aren't stigmatized in adult age in the same way short men are, they are acutely aware of how their height makes them stand out and for some can be a constant insecurity if they are extremely tall where it becomes "hard" to find a man (because she will insist like her average and tall counterparts that she must have a man who is tall-er).

The point is that quite a few tall women will date shorter men, but this shortness is relative. For example, a 6'0 woman might be okay with dating someone who is 5'10, shorter but still average height for a man.

There are cases where tall women will date short men, but it is not as common. This means that a tall woman-short man focused site might not get much traction because it would be viewed as a fetish (possibly).

You would be better off seeking really tall women on normal dating sites. I actually had a woman 6'3 message me on a dating app. Go figure.
