I made another post about finding smaller socks, but am now also wondering if there is a company out there that specializes in smaller ties like the ones you would find at Express. 

Any suggestions?

Just checked Peter Manning's site and their collection isn't what I would call extensive. Sounds like a wide open business opportunity.
