She is frustrated that the men who are taller than her (5'9) and financially successful are all not serious about dating her on dating apps and that she isn't getting approached in public. What might be her problem?

If you were 6'+, why would you take any dating prospect seriously if you didn't have to or want to?

You have your pick and are in demand. You can move as you wish. 

As usual, she's upset that the men that she wants, aren't doing what she wants them to do.
