Lying by omission is still a lie, but I can't help but think of all of the BBLs and Boob Jobs that get done where similar posts have women cheering each other that procedures they've done is no one's business.

Wouldn't the same apply here?

I don't see the big deal here.

The guy says he doesn't want to have kids.

What does his past surgery have to do with the value that he will bring to a relationship.

Companionship would be just that. He meets the height requirement and they are attracted to each other's looks and character.

I work with women who've had breast augmentation and they've said they would never tell their men.

How is this any different?
