The average height in India for males I read in a sub-reddit is 5'7. This means that 5'4 and below is most likely where height my be an issue. Over here in the states of course, it is not uncommon to see Indian men in the 6 foot range, especially in the cities.
There still are many Indians here who are in the 5'5-5'8 range. Over in the UK, the recent Prime Minister himself was just 5'6.
My question is, do you find yourself being rejected by your own in the diaspora for being under 5'9? In this case, I'd say in the 5'6-5'8 range.
"Dozens of Indian farm labourers have been freed from slave-like working conditions in northern Italy, police have said.
The 33 workers were lured to Italy on the promise of jobs and a better future by two fellow Indian nationals, police say.
But instead, they were allegedly forced to work more than 10 hours a day, seven days a week for a tiny wage which was used to pay off debts to the alleged gangmasters."
Wild stuff. Hoping those gang-masters get prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and do some serious jail time.
When people talk about slave-labor, they typically point the finger at African nations or parts of South-East Asia, but it's still happening in plain sight in the West.

I notice that a lot of guys find the word "short" as an insult and "tall" a compliment.
Statistically speaking tall white men dominate in the dating market. We're talking 5'11 and up. I remember reading some study (it might have been OK Cupid), where they observed that taller white men received the most matches on dating sites with all races. When I watch travel vlogs on YouTube about people who travel, their experiences dating cross-culturally seem to line up to studies like the one I mentioned.
So, is it possible for taller white men to struggle with dating? If they "do", would you say it's from just not trying enough since they are in the highest demand?
