What is your weight? I am a naturally skinny guy, so I workout to maintain a weight through muscle. As a shorter guy, we have to be ahead of the curve. Call it overcompensation of what have you, but the right cuts will boost up your SMV by many points.

I never knew anything about Jake Matlala! He died young too! It says he won 53 out of 68 fights, 26 all knockouts. You also have the height wrong TUMD. He isn't 4'11 but 4'9 which makes it more impressive! Wow!

It's back! Someone found it and posted it on r/short. Even though it's almost 20 years old, this is the best documentary on Heightism to date. It shows everything. Dating, Business and Social elements. It's worth the watch even if you're not short.
