OK Cupid did a few studies on height preferences a in 2011 and 2013 and has refused to do one since.

The interesting thing about this data is that this reflects answers from Singaporeans.

I would love to see a similar dataset of Americans. I'm almost positive the percentage gap would be much wider.

Basically Marvel saying we won't ever get a short Wolverine.

It sucks that this is the kind of media programming that molds young minds into believing that shorter guys are some walking punch line.

Just imagine growing up thinking, "If I end up being short when I'm older, I'm someone who won't be taken seriously", "I won't be someone to respect", "I'll never be a hero to someone".

But then they'll tell you, "It's just a movie bro!". Screw Marvel!
