No elevator shoes are comfortable enough for all day walking (or long distance walking) and will cause knee, joint, foot and other problems (think about women who wear high heels all the time).

The Guido Maggi's are considered "the best" though. They have the most selection, are handmade, built to last and are considered a luxury brand.
