I do a 45 minute walk 4 times a week but I don't hit the gym or anything. I just am not into it but I know if I would put some effort into my muscles, they would get bigger.

Maybe 2 times a week. I am very active in the summer but since I started working last year I don't really have the energy to do it between work and school.
