You don't know if she's saying this from the heart or if it's scripted though.

Can't argue with what she's saying here. Might be a bit harsh, but it is what it is.

We're told to be more open with our emotions, but if we are, we get shamed or distanced from.

@VividDemon . What exactly do you disagree with that she's saying?

How is it any different from the advice a lot of guys give on the same subject?

You'd talk about your height and some of the negative experiences you've had related to it to your significant other?

She's basically saying to refrain from discussing any insecurities with your woman, which is advice that I agree with.

Confidence is a baseline for a lot of women like it or not. As much as people hate hearing it on here, even if it's not genuine, at the very least, the perception of confidence is the difference between attracting and repelling at all levels (if she's interested in the first place of course).

Denying the truth about your height will not make the girl not realize that you are short. And it's not that guys do it better, it's the same lie just told by someone else.

I don't understand what you're asking me, what does it mean to talk to your significant other? I've never been talked to.
