Woman undergoes cosmetic dental surgery to change the shape of her face and perfect her smile.

Why the difference in feedback?

Double standard for sure. Seriously though, if altering one's appearance makes someone feel better, then that's their business.

I remember reading that the max someone could do was 3 inches. I'm wondering if he had two surgeries.
