I would say this is solid advice. Any "advice" video will get pushback, but learning how to be social is a top skill for anyone. This doesn't mean that the advice they give will work though, but the advice they're given isn't "bad".

the only real advice is the same for all men:

1)just be tall & good looking

2) don't be short & ugly
