Who knows how the people at work view you.

Who knows if all of these "mythical angry short men" are just regular Joes who are trying to go about their day.

We'll never know...

What we do know is that heightism is there.

There are annoying jerks all throughout corporate America.

They come in different shapes, sizes and colors.

This fixation on short men in an of itself is disappointing at best. 

It's dog eats dog in the workplace however so the few times I do experience it, I address it firmly and keep it moving.

I've caught colleagues on the job making fun of men's heights. Sometimes it's even done purposefully to be within earshot. When confronted, it's usually dismissed as being "just a joke", or a "oh stop, it's not even that serious". Most managers laugh along in my experience. I haven't had it directed at me per se, but it does occur, so online conversations like these don't surprise me one bit.
