"Mommy" complex
post #1

I put this in studies because I feel it is better suited here than dating. So what is "mommy complex"? A few of us were talking over the weekend about these women who will date short men, shorter than themselves, and want to treat them like their child. Almost like you look up to me view deal. It is a strange thing to think about but these women are out there. Have you ever met one? I work with one and it is straight creeper. Her current boyfriend loves it though.

I have seen this in movies and women joke about it but I didn't think it was a real thing! How creepy would it be to date a taller woman and in the bedroom she says "call me mommy" ewwww

I seen this on a show the other day and was laughing but to be serious like this, it would creep me hella out to have a woman I am in bed with say that. Ewwww doesn't even hit the nail.

Some men get turned on by this don't forget. My friend I had in high school had a thing for moms and teachers. He actually dated a woman who was 34 when he was 19. He said it turned him on thinking of her as a "mom"... So yeah. I will leave this thread with that lol

I know a lot of dudes who like older women but I can't name one who legit likes being a "boy" in a sick "mommy's" fantasy.

New Term - "Josephine Complex"

Josephine Complex is when a short woman projects her height insecurities by exclusively dating a much taller men and ignoring those who would be more "height suitable". Also refers to when a short woman acts overly aggressive toward others or is deliberatly mean to her shorter brethren.

"Josephine" was the wife of Napoleon. She stood at 5 feet tall.

Her height is referenced in this article.

"Age twenty-nine years, height five feet, nose and mouth well‑made, eyes orange, hair and eyebrows dark brown, face long, chin somewhat prominent."

She says she's tired of short men having a complex

These people are comfortable stereotyping men, but god forbid you say something like, "all women aren't like X, but enough of them do...", all hell would break loose.

The irony of stereotyping and asking if "any good ones exist".
