Interesting how they question whether heightism exists when they're talking to someone who is discussing and to a lesser degree celebrating it!

Piers Morgan has been known to bully shorter (male) guests, so I don't know why he is acting so surprised or insulting the guest.

This. You just know what the reason is when it happens. It's ostracizing and women are famous for this. It's letting you know you're of "lower social value" so don't you dare associate with me. This literally happened at my job recently. A woman was hired and would completely ignore me when I said hello (to be courteous and professional of course) and she knew I worked there.

Until she realized that I was someone with major influence, she then had to talk to me. Very disturbing to say the least.
