Agreed. Those blanket suggestions are usually nonsense. You date who you mesh well with and who are equally attracted to you.
I remember being much younger and having extremely thin forearms. One of my crushes in high school joking said she could probably break my arm in a fight to which at the time, she might have been right!
Reverse wrist curls with dumbless, grip strengtheners and regular wrist curls will do the trick. Start with a weight you can handle and over time increase the weight and set. Always maintain proper form to avoid injury (I am NOT your trainer). That is what will make the top of your forearms pop.
There is a lot of talk about how big shorter guys should let their upper body or muscles get. Don't listen to any of them. Do what works for you and what makes your satisfied. It's your body.
Arman went back and forth with this guy several times and almost had to submit, but ended up dominating in the match. He now has secured the opportunity to fight for the UFC lightweight title!
