Well I really can't say but I would imagine it has gotten worse then ever over the last 50 or so years. The jokes, the laughs, the sterotyping ect.

I would say since anyone was able to tell that one guy was taller than another guy. I do know that the British tried to say Napoleon was way shorter than average so they could make fun of him and amp their military men up.

I could bet that is has been this way since wars happened as mentioned above. I think the bible says something about not juging a man by his stature which would be height.

Yeah I was going to mention the bible thing. It has been around a long long time. It is just worse now because people are taller. Just 300 years ago the average man's height was 5'7, now it is 5'9/10.

Ya know I forgot about this. I remember seeing something on the history channel about men and women being taller now than they were just a few hundred years ago, but back in Jesus' time I guess the average man was like 5'6/5'7
