I think the video is supposed to give a very bad view. Taking only the worst of the worst, like the media does with immigrants and so many other things. 

However there is some truth to it, but take it the video a grain of salt.

What a pile of *bleep*, but it is all true concerning dating preferences of women.  The ONLY thing that matters is height, nothing else (and women say men are shallow and superficial).  As for being a boss, good luck with that.  The only thing I can think of is to keep plugging away.  There are actually women who don’t give a flip about height, but very few.  When dealing with very young females, there is no compromise and no reasoning, as you just saw.  Try asking women if men should reject women using weight, then see the response.
