What kind of job do you have?

What kind of job's do ya'll have? I work online, doing freelance work, nothing impressive on my end, I just mostly write for blogs and so on. I've considered getting an actual job, but I haven't bothered since my anxieties have kind of overtake me sometimes. But I want to find other work online, since it's much more easier to handle I think.

I'm in IT and because of it, can do a lot of freelance work. When I do field work, I constantly hand out my business card and I do get a lot of calls. It ends up getting me a bunch of side contract gigs where I can bring in extra cash.

Sr. Sales and Operations Manager. I manage 5 sales managers and ~100 salespeople in a call center environment.

That sounds like a hot gig Getsbetterformhere. How long have you been in sales and how long did it take you to get your current position?

I have 15+ years in the sales industry. I was hired on at my current employer 4 years ago as an analyst. I spent a year in the analyst role, and because I had sales leadership experience, I leveraged that in to a sales manager role as soon as it was available. My team owned the sales floor for about 18 months and I was promoted to Sr. Sales and Operations Manager about and year and a half ago.
