Dear friends ,I was searching for different solution for confidence building where I came across this site.ita really wonderful that you guys have such a community.i am happy to share my life's dilemma.kinda use ur advice friends.i am 5ft 3 inch tall ,slim and a banker.my height did not grew after college.thats why I always shy away from girls.all well i studied and now in a good position of earning much.but there has been some circumstances where I came across beautiful girls but they all have made me friends.since then I am having a phobia of not having a girl in my life.i am 30,and now afraiding of initiating a relationship.i am thinking I will remain all alone in my life,becuz I donot think any one would love me.i always try to keep myself self motivated and have a good friends circle.

Short Men and 'Social Justice'
Greetings everyone,
Because we are in a time with 'social justice', where people are very insecure with their 'social identities' and are trying to change the status quo as well as promoting liberal thought, the curious thoughts came to me: Is heightism going to be addressed now? and If so, would it lead to negative ramifications? Here are my thoughts on these: I remain indifferent yet thoughtful. Though it's nice that this would be addressed, I think it would be fair not to do anything about it. Why? Because bringing attention to this matter would proliferate the negativity towards the shorter man. We don't need more negativity towards us. Fortunately, from my experiences, I think that heightism towards us is quite rare in most public spheres. However, if the shorter man is in the dating sphere, then apparently, he will experience heightism. All I say is that 'ghosting' and leaving this issue in the dark remains stable in a neutral way, which may be positive.

Why are Latina women not as heightist as white and black women?
Looking back on my dating history, I notice that Latinas were always willing to date me and were heavily attracted to me (and of course I'm always attracted to them. They are my top preference). It's usually black women who call me out on my height and make very negative comments about it. White women did this sometimes also, but they're not as vocal and I seem to have little problem attracting white women (of all heights). Why do you think Latinas are more accepting of short guys? And I mean both tall and short Latinas didn't have height at the top of their list. |

Short guys, do you seek out taller women for the sake of your kids?
After noticing how evil short women can be about a man's height, I wondered if it was in my best interest to only date (or try to date) tall women and women of average height. Women 5'3 and up tend to care less about my height than women shorter. Do you notice the same? When I hear little women say they only want to date tall men so their kids can be tall (which doesn't always happen), it kind of makes me want to do the same, especially since I'm short for a guy (but not as short as these short women who tell me to get lost).
