I used to find a lot of this growing up. My mother happens to be taller than me. Growing up, if something broke around the house or she needed the answer to something, she would trust my friends more than trusting me to be knowledgeable. It used to frustrate me. Even in the present day with me grown up, I notice that she is more trusting to the assumed knowledge of a taller person than one shorter. Accessories Furniture? Started by FefePapa Furniture? Do you guys look for specific furniture to buy to accommodate your height? I am not that short but for example prefer coffee tables a bit higher than normal and bureaus that are not so high so I can reach the top shelf.
