Josephine Complex is when a short woman projects her height insecurities by exclusively dating a much taller men and ignoring those who would be more "height suitable". Also refers to when a short woman acts overly aggressive toward others or is deliberatly mean to her shorter brethren. "Josephine" was the wife of Napoleon. She stood at 5 feet tall.
