I read something that may be helpful for some. Avoiding contrasting colors is said to lengthen your appearance. What you want to aim for is different shades of the same color, using the darker clothing item on the bottom. So pants and shorts should always be darker.

I have a co-worker who is about 7 years younger than me. He recently started seeing someone about hsi doubts and depression over his height. I believe he is 20. Anyways, I used to be a little bit hard on myself but I was never depressed. Is this a thing now?
