I have been body building for 10 yrs. I've calmed down recently. I go to the gym four days a week and spend no more than 45 minutes when I go in. I go for intense lifting with high weights and from time to time drop sets. I go hard for a 1/2 hr and then do cardio for 10 minutes. When I was younger, I would take supplements and spend hours in the gym.
I got in a lot of fights back in high school and won most of them. I was and still am a strong mofo. When I was in high school I spent many afternoons in the gym because I used to get picked on for being small and skinny. When I bulked up, I got tested but those tests ended quickly because they realized I could kick their A.
For the line of work I do, I need 15" laptops. I edit a lot of video so 13" won't do.The new Macbooks with retina displays do have higher screen resolutions, but the physical size of the screen makes viewing a little uncomfortable in my opinion.
Change your attitude son. This site is for people who are okay with themselves. Accept that you are short and be comfortable with yourself.
