Anyone swole up?

I managed to put on 20 lbs of solid muscle this summer through constant eating and power lifting. Constant eating of healthy foods of course. Since putting on the weight, I've gotten a lot of compliments. How many of you work out and what are your goals?

I have been body building for 10 yrs. I've calmed down recently. I go to the gym four days a week and spend no more than 45 minutes when I go in. I go for intense lifting with high weights and from time to time drop sets. I go hard for a 1/2 hr and then do cardio for 10 minutes. When I was younger, I would take supplements and spend hours in the gym.

Anyone notice that height cliques are a thing?

Something I notice at my college is how a lot of guys will form height cliques.

This isn't something that is blatant or consciously intentional (or maybe it is), but it happens.

It might be the friendship version of what I've read about assortative mating. Almost like another hierarchy.

I'm not counting athletes hanging together on campus and not ignoring guys who may have been friends since childhood or through work.

In the general sense, it's just something I notice. It's almost as if it's beneath them to hang with people who are much shorter than them. When I go to campus parties or some social events, outside of people who have common interests, new friendships tend to form this way.

To some extent, it was even like this a bit in high school.

Does anyone else notice this?

Anyone here shorter than their mother?

As almost a matter of fact, I frequently come across men who are shorter than their fathers. This is not that out of the ordinary. What I rarely see though are men shorter than their mothers. I do not doubt that some cases like this exist, but are any of you shorter than your mother?

Anyone would rather choose Ebola/Smallpox than being short?

I am very ardent against being short and I discovered having Ebola or Smallpox is better than being short after all of my researches about short men's mental healths and my own feelings about it.

If there were 2 options for me:
1.Being around only 150cm-160 with healthy body.

2.Being around 188cm-190cm with Ebola/Smallpox.

I will never hesitate to choose the second one.

Is anyone here happy with their height?

Curious to know if anyone is actually happy with their height here and why.

Anyone here the shortest in their family?

My four brothers are 5'10, 6, 6'3, 5'11.

Me, 5'5. All of us have the same parents.
