If you do, what do you do to stay fit? I am trying to expand my options. I would like to lose some weight before summer gets here!

Well I do from time to time but it is mostly lifting weights which can be boring to most. lol I think then best weight loss option for women is walking. It will tone your legs and bum and you wont build too much muscle.

I walk my dog but that is about it. lol If you are looking to change things up try finding a hobby you enjoy that involves physical activity like gardening or wood crafting.

I agree with Bonez. People fail because they force themelves to do things they don't like.

I saw some people doing this in the park the other day and it looked like fun and I never say that when it comes to working out. haha
