I often hear tall people suggest that short people would've grown taller if they had better nutrition. If your grew up in the West and were not starving or suffering from severe malnutrition as a child, then you are the height you are supposed to be and are at the mercy of your genetics.

My brother was a horrible eater, very picky and went sometimes a day or two here and there without eating. He ate constant junk when he did. He is 6'3. Me? I ate well throughout my younger years and am this height.

I honestly believe my childhood had an effect on my height, my dad and my brother are both 6 Foot, I had a very traumatic childhood and I never ate breakfast in order to avoid my family, on top of it I am wondering if the stress of my childhood stunted my growth in a way, I also wonder if perhaps my bed which was basically flush against a wall had any effect on my height as I was not able to get any taller than how long my bed was, I heard fish and animals growth is stunted if they are in a smaller bowl or cage as to adjust to them

i think the first five years of our lifes is the most essential time of our life. i hadn't enough chance to have good quality products but later my younger brother who is 6'4 had this chance.

This is my finding through years observing people and you shouldn't count on it. by the way, i am Iranian and i live in Tehran.

We talk a lot about the trashy content that rage-baiters put out because it's pitifuly entertaining at this point, but I know a lot of you date. Hell, I date. I may not get as much play as my taller friends, but I've had a few girlfriends and generally do okay meeting women organically. Dating apps are game over however.

On that note, as the title says, how long was your longest relationship, and why did you break up?

Mine was two years and we broke up because our lifestyles were too different. I was into the gym and she lacked ambition. The breakup was amicable.
