Probably one of the most honest videos I've seen someone make on this subject.

I like that he identifies that there is a lot of coping going on in the online space.

Sounds like he's found his way, which is not just the "silver lining" as he describes; it's what anyone in our position should be doing.

Things are what they are, it's how we work around that and succeed which matters.

When he talks about the 5'2 guy being charismatic, that's the highlight of the video for me. This is very real. A lot of us live in our own bubbles and will then meet someone who is even more compromised and doesn't let it limit him.

If he only spoke about the roses without the thorns, the video would be one big cope, but he acknowledges the negatives head on. Kudos to this guy.

When I was much younger, I went to this networking event. There, they had this Asian guy, he couldn't have been more than 5'2 give a presentation about his brokerage. His wife was super small, petite, cute and the guy seemed to have it all together.

To say being short is tough isn't a stretch, but as the guy in this video stated, it definitely isn't the end.

Well done video and a very balanced take.
