Not black, but Puerto Rican. I'll tell you that while I have gotten some negative feedback over my lifetime, I know for a fact it isn't as negative as it might be for a black or white person. People expect us to be short. Not to sound racist but my black friends in high school who were short always did better with non-black girls.
Daily Mail is full of sh**. According to Daily Mail, short men are more likely to have cancer, more likely to have receeding hairlines, more likely to have a heart attack, more likely to cut classes in university, more likely to have mortgage foreclosures. If anything it shows their editor's disdain for shorter men. Every week they post some BS where they twist studies to fit their narrative.
I know there is light at the end of the tunnel. While it is tough for some of us to date because women almost universally find shortness unattractive, I do know many short men who've hitched. I work with many short men who have been married for years. Sadly, I know many who have divorced, with their wives lamenting at their height on their way out.
How did you meet your wives? Were they okay with your height from the beginning?

It is time to stop being Mister Nice guy, and time to play hard ball. I would contact an attorney who handles these types of cases and ask what is the best type of evidence to collect. I would get a digital voice recorder and start recording everything she says (but hidden so no one knows.)
I would then go to HR and explain what is happening. If nothing happens, I would visit HR a second time and inform them you are considering legal action. I would then play some of the recordings. When they realize you are serious, and it will cost the company money, you will get a result.
I worked at a big company and we had a he become a she. Everyone was informed that no one was to give the he/she any problems or they would be fired. You have rights like everyone else, use them.
I agree with this, but be careful with recording conversations. Check your state laws. For example, New York is a one party state meaning you don't need someone's permission to record conversations. If you're in a two party state, recording conversations can get you prison time.
