Do you think that there was ever a time when height didn't matter? I mean things seem to be more about height/weight then they ever were in history. What do you think?

I think just maybe 100 years ago it wasn't that big of a deal. I mean the boom of "hollywood" is part of the reason height is such a big deal. Look at modeling, actors, fasion, ect..

I agree with shark that just 100 years ago it didn't matter as much. I mean people didn't have others to compare themselves to at the click of a mouse either.

I think it still mattered 100 years ago but for different reasons then it does now. Now a days it is all about looks and fasion. Back then it was likely for jobs, work, and so on.

Not a big deal sure but it still mattered. I think it has mattered for the last 300+ years.
