Old, but still newsworthy. You notice this happens after a break up? When jabs at men happen, people cheer. If it were the other way around, they'd call the man insecure, misogynist and an overall bad person.

This is typical of a breakup. If you're man they'll poke at an insecurity, or at what others THINK is an insecurity of yours. Sometimes, things will even be made up just to get under your skin.
I have seen men do this and they get labeled as a monster.
