Scientists discover underground cave on the moon. Useful for missions.

How cool is this man? Though I think logistically this could be a monumental tasks. Imagine any mistakes and it being near impossible to get rescue machines to the moon, which I believe requires three days of transit under perfect conditions.

Still cool though!

Jacob Gilyard (5'8) is currently the shortest player in the NBA.

He's with the Brooklyn Nets now, but was with the Memphis Grizzlies last year.

Promising player. He totaled 131 assists, 43 rebounds and 173 points.

You can find his Instagram with action photos here.

Google lists the height of J.D. Vance at 5'7. Is that correct?

This can't be right. In the photos circulating of him and Trump, he doesn't look that much shorter than him, and Trump is 6'3.

There is some conjecture of people clowning him because of his height, but those jokes seem to take aim at the Google listing and not because they saw him in person.

Can anyone confirm that he is in fact 5'7? Not that it matters, but Trump is pretty famous for adding the word "Little" in front of anyone he doesn't like and J.D. Vance has been on the record not saying flattering things about Trump.

All's fair in politics I guess though right?

Mother blames short son for the bullying he receives

Her son is getting bullied and he fights back and because of this he has "little man syndrome". This is what you call victim-blaming and worse is that her primal tall-man worshiping brain take precedence over caring for her own offspring.

Disgusting. I feel sorry for this poor kid.

He says being 6'3 is no different than being 5'5

You can't make this stuff up. Do people think when they talk?

Jeanine Pirro and Laura Ingraham Go On Heightist Tirade

They're both slamming shorter women in this instance, but regardless, it's a slap in the face to the many police officers, fire fighters, emergency medical technicians and other first responders who are on the shorter side male or female.

It's amazing how there were four secret service agents in the photo and none of them were able to stop those bullets. Aren't women with their political leanings typically pro-law enforcement? Or is it only when those officials are tall? This was disgusting.

Which U.S. city would you say is best for short guys looking to date?

For those who travel and have lived in different cities around the U.S., or maybe you have had success in your city and haven't traveled; which city would you say is the best look for shorter men.

I'd say NYC is a great place to be a short guy. There is plenty of competition and height queens of course, but with a very diverse population of 8 million (both ethnically and height-wise), it is not uncommon to see a 5'3 guy with someone attractive.

For the poll, I added regions, but when you answer, please mention the city, state and why.

What say you?

P.S. - I know Florida is a part of the south, but it is culturally different from the rest of the south IMO.

So Thomas Matthew Crooks, the alleged Trump shooter. How tall is he?

I saw this Instagram post of the alleged Trump shooter, Thomas Matthew Crooks and noticed that he is as tall as the microphone on the podium that is higher yet because it is on a platform above the riser him and a school official are standing on.

Thinking about the list of tall forty serial killers that someone posted a few days ago, is this another "gentle giant" for the books?

5'1 woman rants about her love of dad bods, but there's a catch

This stuff is so fascinating. If this "belly" were on a 5'5 guy, she'd probably gag.

Leg Lengthening is getting better and more inexpensive

I've been following leg lengthening for some time now. From watching doctors explain how it works on YouTube, testimonials and Vlogs from people who actually had the procedure done, to dedicated leg lengthening forums where people do everything from plan their lives around the procedure to to lurkers who are on the fence about getting it.

One thing is clear though, the price of the surgery has plummeted internationally from where it was ten years ago and the operations are becoming more frequent. This could mean that if international relations stabilize, the technology used to achieve safe LL will continue to enter the market and prices will continue to fall. In the beginning, it could only be achieved with external fixators. Then Precise was introduced, and now there is Precise 2.0.

There was a video that I watched of a young Indian man getting the procedure in New York and spending $200K. Now in many places, you can have this done for $75K-$100K. In some parts of Europe, you can get this done for $50K. I am not advocating that anyone who is interested in this surgery gets it on the cheap, that would be a fool's game. With that though, the next generation of people who are interested in Leg Lengthening will have it much easier. Who knows what tech will be introduced in the short term. Maybe doctors will even get to a point where they can reopen the growth plates.

All in all, it means that shorter guys who are really struggling out there, or men who are not happy with their height will have a bit more leverage if they have the money.

Richard Simmons passed away yesterday at 76. He was 5'6.

If you were a kid in the 80s and 90s, regardless of your politics or religion, this guy used to go on all of the talk shows and made people laugh with his personality and energy. He also made it his business and mission to get people who struggled with their weight into shape. He used to get bullied (in a playful way) but some talk show hosts (Letterman), but he always took it in stride and had a great relationship with those he interacted with.

Tall men can get away with being out of shape and still be a catch

Let's talk about it. There is this guy at my job, he's a supervisor. He's 6'2 and eats like a damn slob. Every day, this guy scarfs down two whole pizza boxes and drinks two bottles of diet coke and wash it off. The guy looks pregnant. He wears a t-shirt and wrinkled jeans. Anyway, with all of that, he is banging one of the cashiers. He sometimes brings her to the office in the morning to get a quickie in. Oh, and by the way, he's cheating on his wife of two years. He is in his late 30s, the cashier is 22 and smoking hot.

Now I'm not salty that he's with the cashier, but want to point out that for a short guy to be considered attractive, he has to be in shape, no exceptions. You have all of these women saying they love "dad bods". I don't necessarily believe that because I see even overweight women clown fat guys. But if you're a tall guy, you will get way more leeway and can still be considered a catch even if you let yourself go. You can't be a Jonah Hill or DJ Academics type. If you were, it would be clear that they are there strictly for the dinero.
