Gay okay, but not short?
So everyone everywhere is supporting gay and lesbian couples. I am starting to see it in comercials even where there are gay or lesbian couples in ads. So why is something like this being forced under acceptance but a shorter man dating a taller woman is still okay to joke about and look at like it is wrong!? Last time I checked, a penis works the same way in the vagina of a 5'2 woman as it does a 5'10 woman. Gays/Lesbians can't say their equipment works the same in their relationships. I am not trying to offend anyone but I think it is bullshit. |

Feeling inadequate
I really wasn't sure which section to post this under but went with "Heightism" section. At this point I am feeling inadequate, strongly desire to be taller and almost giving up.
Up until recently I was more accepting of my height, but yesterday I was at college and this guy picked on me because I am small. Not to say I'm not the only one he picks on, he has been in trouble with teachers before because of his bad behavior. He did this thing on me called "nipple cripple" which means suddenly grabbing someone by the nipples and twisting them. He missed my nipple but left quite a big bruise and it hurt for hours. This guy must be about 5'10" or 11" (a good six inches taller than myself) and I told him if he did it again I would punch him in the face. He responded by saying if I did that he would hit me back 10 times harder. We squared up to each other but it didn't erupt into a fight and he told me to "come back when I'd grown taller". What made me even more angry was the fact that he did what he did because he thought he could get away with it, because I am the smallest kid. He also did it to another guy who is about my size but he took it as banter and was even one of the people laughing at my reaction and saying that I would have lost the fight. After this incident my pride was hurt badly and I strongly wish I was bigger and taller so I could stand up for myself. I knew deep down I would lose the fight.
I just want to ask for anyone's advice, how do I deal with a situation like this??? I am kind of a "late bloomer" which might mean I will gain a bit more height before I'm 21, but clearly I'm never going to get near average height. I was extremely short at 15 because I was 4'9 and now I'm not so short but still very short at 5'4.25 at age 18. I might reach 5'6 or 7" at the very most. The fact that I look so much younger than I am also makes me a target for bullies like this.
I know people are going to say to walk away from a situation like this, but it's physical abuse and I don't see why I can't give it back. When in pain it triggers a 'fight or flight' response and because I am out of immediate danger chance are I will lash out next time around.

Can stretches and exercise effect height?
I read on a blog that doing these regularly can add up to a whole inch on your height, even in your 20s, 30s, and beyond. Anyone every hear of this? |

Does certain colors appeal more to women?
When it comes to clothing I mean. My friend told me women are drawn more to men who look passive so colors like green, blue, and white are more attractive where with men, we prefer reds, pinks, and oranges on women. I am not sure if I buy into this or not but for me, I love seeing women with tanned skin wear those colors. |

Why tall men have more children
Article is here Researchers say that tall men have the most children because they are universally considered more attractive. According to them taller men are six times more likely than a short man to have a fourth child. Scientists surmized that since taller men are considered more attractive, they will have more sexual opportunities. |

Looking to lose some weight
So I gained like 20ish pounds over the last year or so and I would like to drop it by September. Any tips? I think 10 pounds a month is a good and reasonable amount. |

Men wore the first heels
So I was reading and men actually wore heels first! They were originally designed to be used for horse back riding and war. Go figure. So yeah, when someone gets on your case for wearing height increase shoes, hit um with a bit of history! |

Anyone know anything about anxiety?
A friend of mine recently started having anxiety. He said that he always feels on edge and like he can't breath, then he ends up having panic attacks. I never knew anyone who had them so I am not sure how to help. He did see a doctor but wants to avoid taking pills. He lost his sister because of anti-depressents. |

How many dates before it is official?
I am curious about this. When dating a woman, when does it become and official relationship? How many dates does it take? |

Is it fair to say short men and tall women have it the hardest?

Sounds logical. I guess tall women have it as bad as short guys when it comes to preference but some men like model bodies so tall and thin is what they love. I still think women have it easier, even taller ones. BUT that is not to say they don't have trouble with weight. A lot of dudes out there will shun a gal for being 10 pounds heavier then she was when they first started dating. |

Dating in LA sucks
I have been on 10 dates in the last 3 months and they all sucked. I find there are more women out here who are taller than me so dating is harder, not to mention all the men who are like 6' and up. It is a struggle. Any advice on meeting women in LA? I moved here 2 years ago for work and the dating game has been horrific. |

Anyone getting Black ops 3?
I know it is months away but I am looking forward to it. I haven't been playing CoD other than Black Ops 2 and not many play it anymore. I didn't like ghosts and advanced warefare was too much like Halo to me. |

Summer is pretty much here
You guys get any plans for the warmer weather? I am going to be doing bonfires and grilling as much as possible, going camping and fishing when I can, and hitting up the driving range once a week with some buds of mine. |
