Lack of self esteem in women linked to "needing" taller/bigger men
I read this the other day that women who lack self esteem and confidence and more likely to date only taller or more buff men. Why? Well it continued to read that women who feel fat enjoy being with someone who makes them feel small, women who feel their aren't as worthy feel more worth in the arms of a bigger/taller man. Anyone ever hear something like this? |

What is the first thing women notice?
In your experience, or for them women out there, what it the first thing a female notices about a man? I know with men to women, it is usually the overall figure, the hair, and the lips. |

Are ties different lengths?
I would like to get my fiance a few to have because he is always saying he don't have any. I have never gotten a tie for anyone so I am wondering if they are different lengths?? |

Ties or Bows?

Board Shorts vs Trunks
So I am torn here. I want to get longer length shorts for swimming so I need to get board shorts, but they are toooooo long. Regular trunks are too short to me. I want them to hit on or right above the knee. I am not sure what to do about this. Do they make board shorts for shorter guys? |

A friend got asked out by a taller woman...
I have a newish friend I met through my cousin. He is short, about my height. Well he hasn't been in a relationship in a while and only ever had one girl. They dated from middle school on till he was 21 then they broke it off for good when she cheated on him with some jock at her college. You can gues his height. Anyways, a woman asked him out but she is 3 inches taller than him and he doesn't feel like he should date her over it. She clearly has no issue so why should he? She is a beautiful woman I don't get it. |

Smoothness
I'm 5'7 so a little taller than some of you here, but I can tell you that it's a hard pill to swallow that you have to be 200% better than your taller peers. My clothes are fly, my ride is fly, the way I talk and walk is fly and I do attract more bees. I simply don't let rejections get to me especially since a lot of my taller friends have girl trouble. It's less about confidence and more about swagg. F*** the women who aren't interested in you because of your height. I make myself very marketable by being the flyest and the smoothest. How far ahead of you of over your peers? Your own place? A late model car? It is what it is folks. Last night I had a date w/this 5'10 hottie. Tomorrow night, I have a date with this 5'2 busty fake blonde who swears she only dates guys over 5'11 but chatted me up at the Super Market. |

How do you know when plane tickets drop?
A friend of mine wants to come in from out of state in September. We planend for August but the tickets are nearly $300 more. Will or can they drop between now and then? |

If you can be anyone for 48 hours, who would it be?
A dumb question I saw on Facebook. I felt like using it hear just to see how they match up to the comments I made. The only rules are that the people have to be the same sex, be alive, and you can't cause harm to anyone while you are said person. |

Do you get recognition from your employers?
Any of you been in your position for a long time and feel as if your height has a reason to do with you not getting promoted? I work in Engineering and do not feel my height has held me back, but I have friends who work in other disciplines who say they feel it has. This article is old, and I have heard of taller men getting paid more than us shorter men.

What advice do you have for me? I'm 5'8 and want 9s and 10s.
I am a 5'8 guy. I'm 28 years old and live out in L.A. It seems like L.A. is the land of giants. Every guy around here is at least 5'11. It takes a lot for me to get noticed in clubs by 9s an 10s and I don't want to be pushy. My friends say I dress very well. I have a good paying job as an IT Consultant. I make 90K. I can't seem to find a way in when it comes to talking to the ladies who are 9s and 10s. I pull 7s and below easily. Can you give any advice? |
